Matthews Stoneground Milled Flour – Traditionally milled and better for you

Explore our collection of Stoneground Milled Flour

Matthews collection of Stoneground Milled Flour includes some of our most popular and best-loved flours. Stoneground Milling is a slow process that uses 100% of the wheat grain, including the nutritious bran and germ. This traditional method keeps the bran and germ intact throughout and gives our stoneground flour its unique nutrition and taste profile.

We source high-protein wheat and traditionally stoneground mill the entire wheat. The result is a very strong protein flour which helps the bread rise whilst baking.

Stoneground flour has naturally high gluten to help you produce beautiful rustic bread with a unique stoneground flavour. And it’s healthier too.

Our Stoneground Milled Flour collection includes Cotswold Crunch Flour, Eight Grain flour, Wholegrain Spelt Flour, Organic Wholemeal, Rye Flour, Emmer, Einkorn and much more.

Explore our collection and discover your favourite stoneground milled flour for perfect baking results.
