At Matthews, we also create an Italian Tipo 00 flour, perfect for those wanting an authentic Italian-style pizza base. This speciality flour is sourced and blended from authentic Italian ancient durum wheat. We work directly with farmers in Sicily and Abruzzo who offer durum and bread wheat with distinctly unique taste characteristics. We carefully milled these in the Cotswold and helped contribute to Matthews winning the top flour in the Great Taste Awards 2020.
Our pizza flour comes in small 1.5kg bags or large 16 kg sacks for the serious pizza creator.
