How do our subscription boxes work?
Step 1. Choose which flour you’d like!
Choose from our selection of organic, french and cotswold flours. We have a wide collection of flours, perfect for any type of baking! Choose any variation of our flours you like but please bear in mind our delivery boxes fit 5 bags, so please select any 5, 10, 15 bags... or any multiple of 5!
Step 2. Pick your delivery frequency!
Choose between bi-weekly or every month.
Step 3. Wait for your flour to be delivered!
It’s as easy as that! We’ll package up your flour and get it on its way to you as per your chosen delivery schedule.

How often will my flour arrive?
You can choose between every 2 weeks or every month for the frequency of your delivery.
Is there a discount for subscribing to regular orders?
Yes, take 15% off each Matthews Cotswold Flour order when you subscribe to regular orders.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Please log in to your customer account to make any changes required. Here you can pause or cancel your subscription, or swap the products to other types of flour. You can also click to skip your next order if you’re not quite ready for it!
What payment options are there?
We accept all major payment providers including Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
How do I know when my next Cotswold Flour delivery will arrive?
You can either log into your customer account on our website, or look for the Next Order Date on your email notifications from Matthews Cotswold Flour.
What is the minimum order?
Please order in multiples of 5 or 10 so the flour fits snugly in our boxes and doesn’t get damaged in transit. When placing your order please choose either every month or every two weeks for your box of 5 or 10.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
We are confident you’ll love our flour however, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your order please email us and we will do everything we can to correct the issue - sales@cotswoldflour.com
