Our award winning flour is blended from a wide range of speciality grains. Tested, cleaned, conditioned, blended and milled into the widest range of flour in the UK. Matthews Cotswold Flour has a modern roller mill and traditional stoneground mill. We mill a range of conventional, organic and grains from certified regenerative agriculture.
Eight Generations And Counting...
Our story began in 1912, when MCF founder FWP (Frederick) Matthews built a mill on the river Evenlode. The company is led by seventh and eighth generation father and son team – Paul and Bertie Matthews – FWP Matthews’ great-great-grandson and great-great-great-grandson (respectively).
