Trainee Miller

Learn with the best at Britain's number one specialist flour mill. You'll become an expert in all things grain and flour related, developing skills for success as you unlock the secrets of Matthews speciality milling.
Engineering/Milling Apprenticeship
Part Time or Full Time | 5 Day Per Week + Overtime (FT) | £22k-£25k (Pro Rata for PT)
Apprentice at the side of some of the country's best Milling Engineers, to learn a craft that's always on the cutting edge.


Warehouse Operative

Eight Generations And Counting...
Our story began in 1912, when MCF founder FWP (Frederick) Matthews built a mill on the river Evenlode.
To this day, overlooking the picturesque Cotswold village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood, you can find us hard at work in our ancestral home. It’s where we mill, pack, and ship every order directly to your door.
The company is led by seventh and eighth generation father and son team – Paul and Bertie Matthews – FWP Matthews’ great-great-grandson and great-great-great-grandson (respectively).
Regenerative Farming
We're at the forefront of the Regen Ag revolution. Working in close partnership with suppliers, customers and stakeholders of all sorts to promote regenerative practices in agriculture and beyond.
With farming practices developed to promote resiliency on crops and healthier soils. We believe in putting more back than we're taking out of the environment.
