Milling & Grain Provenance: Our barley flours are named after the Cotswold village of Bibury where the barley grain is grown. Barley or (Hordeum vulgaris) is a tough grain that is more resistant to colder weather. We collect the barley which would normally be used for beer and condition the grain in our pine conditioning bins.
