Starting with the importance of soil health, with a look at regenerative farming, moving to the traditional stone and modern roller milling processes we use at Matthews today. Then we move on to some truly fantastic baking!

The recipes in this book have been made using flours from across the Matthews range. From core classics like Plain and Self Raising, through to Strong Whites and Ancient Grains. At the time of writing, all of the flours featured in this book are available on our website.
