Milling & Grain Provenance: We source our soft wheat from our local Cotswold Grain partnership. The fields surrounding the mill are great for soft wheat flour. We prepare our grain in 100-year-old pine wood bins before milling. Soft wheats are best for culinary flour like Plain Flour, Pastry Flour, Cake Flour and Self-Raising Flour.
