Our flour is crafted from British wheat grown in the Cotswolds; hand selected to help create consistency in your bakes. Matthews self-raising flour is perfect for creating beautiful baked goods and pastries. Our plain flour is all-purpose and used by bakers to make great-tasting sweet/savoury bakes.

Matthews also offers specialist French strong patisserie flour made from the innermost part of the wheat berry. This premium flour will allow you to bake like Parisian patisserie houses. Our French strong patisserie flour rises well and easily absorbs water, making it perfect for pastries and cakes.

Looking for something special? Try our Maizebite flour for your pastry bakes. This specially blended maize flour produces crisp golden pastry with perfect amounts of flake and crumble. Use Maizebite flour for mince pies, pie crusts, tarts, cookies and other sweet products.
