We are so excited to bring you 6 delicious flavours in a really easy to make bread mix including some of the Cotswold Flour favourites…  Heritage Bibury Barley, Strong White and Ancient Cotswold Crunch! 

Here are some really simple top tips on how to use our full flavour bread mixes:

Heritage Bibury Barley 

Heritage Bibury Barley

 

Named after the famous Cotswold village of Bibury. Our heritage barley flour ingredients and high protein wheat have been blended with toasted barley flakes to produce a tasty golden loaf. Just add 370ml of water and 2 tbsp of olive oil to your mix. If hand baking, form your dough & prove, to produce a tasty rustic golden loaf or rolls. This mix is also perfect for use in a bread machine.

Ancient Cotswold Crunch

Ancient Cotswold Crunch

 

The distinctive flavours of ancient wholegrain Emmer and Einkorn flour combined with Cotswold Spelt flour have been blended with torrefied spelt flakes. Just add 350 ml of water & 2 tbsp of olive oil to your mix. If hand baking form your dough & prove to produce a tasty rustic loaf or rolls. This mix is also perfect for use in a bread machine.

Traditional Artisan White

Traditional Artisan White

The blended ingredients have produced a ready made bread mix. Just add 330ml of water and 2 tbsp of olive oil to your mix. If hand baking form your dough & prove to produce a lovely traditional rustic white loaf or rolls. This mix is also perfect for use in a bread machine.

Malted Cotswold Rye

Malted Cotswold Rye

The rye used for this mix is grown locally by our Cotswold Grain Partnership. The blended flour and ingredients have produced a country style bread mix. Just add 350ml of water and 2 tbsp of olive oil to your mix. If hand baking form your dough & prove to produce a country style loaf or rolls. This mix is also perfect for use in a bread machine.

Sicilian Pizza Blend

 

Sicilian Pizza Blend

 

A stoneground flour milled from Sicilian heritage durum wheat blended with coarse semolina. Just add 275 ml of water & 2 tbsp of olive oil, to make a traditional pizza dough. Perfect for all of your pizza recipes.

Cotswold Spelt & Rye

Cotswold Spelt & Rye

The blending of these two nutritious grains produces a light wholegrain flour. Just add 350 ml of water and 2 tbsp of olive oil to your mix. If hand baking form your dough & prove to produce a tasty light wholegrain loaf or rolls. This mix is also perfect for use in a bread machine.
