This is the first fully regenerative and truly all-purpose white flour to be found in the UK. As the name implies, it's made from Regenerative wheat grain, and can be used for all sorts of bakes. From biscuits and buns through to cakes and breads. It's a fantastic flour with the bonus of being fully regenerative!

This fantastic regen flour behaves a bit like a wholegrain wholewheat flour, though it is a strong white. It's traditionally Stoneground milled, brilliant for rustic breads and rolls, and makes a great sourdough flour too!

Regenerative Wholemeal Spelt Flour 1.5kg


Our Spelt Regenerative Flours are all milled using regeneratively grown spelt and most we source locally in the Cotswolds. The Wholegrain Regenerative Spelt Flour has more texture than it's Light counterpart, and is particularly great for breads or rolls. You can use Wholemeal Spelt when baking by hand and you can get great results in a bread maker too!
