Panasonic – Breadmaker Starter Pack Promotion
1. Promotion (hereafter referred to as “the Promotion”) is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH whose registered address is Maxis 2, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1RT, UK (“the Promoter”).
2. The Promotion is in partnership with Matthews Cotswold Flour (FWP Matthews Ltd) and applies to residents of the UK who are aged 18 years or over provided that they purchase the product from the UK Panasonic Direct Store.
3. The Promotion starts at 00:01 on 23rd September 2024 and ends at 23:59 on 31st January 2025 or while stock lasts, whichever is earlier (“the Promotion Period”); the promotional product can be claimed up to 30 days after the purchase date of qualifying product. (“the Claim Period”).
4. To qualify to participate in the Promotion, Participants must purchase one of the products listed below (“Qualifying Product”).
5. The Promotion shall apply to the below Qualifying Product:

6. It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Promotion.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the offer for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
8. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for any purchases that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if entry was not possible due to technical difficulties.
10. This promotion is limited to 1,000 starter packs available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once stock is exhausted, no further claims will be accepted.
11. The starter pack promotion is limited to one redemption per customer. Additional reorders of the starter pack are not available under this promotion.
12. The promotional product - 1 starter pack (which includes 5x 1.5kg prepacked flours (Canadian, Cotswold Crunch, Wholegrain, Pizza Dough and Regenerative All Purpose), 1x Tea Towel, 1x Bread Bag, 1x Recipe Book) for free for 1 unit purchase of above mentioned “Qualifying Product” - can be claimed by purchasing a qualifying breadmaker and participants will receive an email from Panasonic with a link to redeem the promotional product on the Matthews Cotswold Flour website.
13. Starter packs must be redeemed by 30 days after the purchase date of qualifying product using the provided promotional code. No claims can be made after this date.
14. Matthews Cotswold Flour will process the delivery of the free Starter Pack free-of-charge.
15. Panasonic & Matthews Cotswold Flour will not take responsibility for any delivery failures.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative to the same or greater value.
17. The promotion will be valid for receipts dated within the duration of the Promotion Period and will cease to be active at the end of this period.
18. Panasonic reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion at any time and before the end of the Promotion Period.
19. Panasonic reserves the right to end the promotion early if all stock is redeemed before the stated end date.
20. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on panasonicdirect.store.panasonic.co.uk.
21. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Regulation 2018) and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent unless to fulfil any requirements of the Starter Pack or if required to do so by law. 22. There is no cash alternative to this Promotion and it is non-transferable.
23. In case of a defect to the Starter Pack, the exchange will only be granted upon inspection by Panasonic.
24. In case of return of “Qualifying Product”, the “Promotion Product” must be returned as well; for Panasonic Direct, if only the “Qualifying Product” is returned, credit value will be issued for “Qualifying Product” minus value of “Promotional Product” (£40 incl. VAT).
25. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
