The flour has been produced using heritage British wheats Orange Devon, Holdfast and a Heritage Cotswold variety with a genetically diverse profile and adapted to growing in the UK over hundreds of years. A population of different heritage wheats with it’s own unique taste and nutritional quality have been chosen to produce this rustic bread flour. Use in replacement for white flour.
