Method
- Melt the butter and leave to cool.
- Place flour and caster sugar in a large bowl
- Pour in the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients
- Add the cool melted butter and whisk until smooth
- Leave the mixture to rest for 30-60 minutes in the fridge
- Cook in a large flat pan, over a medium heat.
- Serve with chantilly and berries, lemon and sugar
