Cake Ingredients
120g Sugar
150g Cotswold Self Raising Flour
50g Cocoa powder
1 tsp Bicarbonate soda
1 Whole egg
60g Buttermilk
30g Vegetable oil
50g Hot water or coffee

Cut the cake in half and spread some of the cool ganache in the middle, and then place the other half on top. Cover the whole cake and decorate with Mini eggs (I made my own) or Cadburys Mini eggs.
