Cotswold Regenerative All-Purpose Flour. All Purpose Flour for everyday baking and the first of it's kind in the UK at 10.5% Protein (max 10.7%). Matthews mills this regenerative flour from a blend of the highest quality regeneratively farmed wheats, to produce a fine consistency, rich in flavour. This flour can be used for making breads and brioche, pastry, cakes, shortbreads, sauces and a bunch of fantastic savoury or sweet products.
