This Dark Spelt flour has a beautiful nutty slightly sweet flavour to enhance your baking recipes. Spelt (Triticum Spelta) know in Italy as “Farro Grande” is an ancient wholegrain. It is high in dietary fibre and contains important vitamins and minerals. Use Matthews Ancient grain spelt flour in any recipes calling for wheat flour.
