Sourdough flour is a high protein strong white bread flour. When mixed with water, you can turn it into your sourdough starter, so it’s ready for your sourdough recipe.

Stoneground flour is made from whole wheat grains and is perfect for bread making as it gives the bread a rustic look and feel.

Italian Flour

Italian Tipo 00 flour is made from durum wheat flour and is perfect for pasta and pizza dough.

French Flour

We have a few french flours which are perfect for baguettes, brioche, croissants and pastries. The flour has superior water absorption and rises well, making it suitable for all bakery methods.

Canadian Flour

The Canadian flour is perfect for white bloomers and sourdough bread as it has the highest protein content, which gives the dough strength and allows it to rise well.

Cake Flour

Cake flour is made from soft wheat flour milled to a fine powder. It's perfect for cakes, cookies and pastry as it produces a light and fluffy texture.

Pastry Flour
